At House Of Shailja, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes, you may need to make changes to your order. Therefore, we offer an exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy details.

Exchange Only

To initiate an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video and images. This is mandatory as it helps us to identify the issue and provide the best possible solution. Please email the video and images to hoscustomercare1@gmail.com or whatsapp us on 9512933444 . If your exchange request is approved, you will have to bear the shipping cost to return the product to us.

 

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer exchanges for products purchased from our store.

Please note that we do not have refund policy as of now.

For exchange you need to keep your order packed and ready. Our delivery agent will pickup the order. Once we receive the order and after the quality check we will process your exchange order within 7-8working days.

For reverse pickup and delivery of exchange order 300/- per product is chargeable.

We accept returns and provide store credit note that can be used within 6month of return

Kindly mention your Name, Order ID

 & Address along with the package.

Our exchange policy allows you to request the exchange with any other product as well as any size.

You can exchange your product within 7 days of receiving item.

Once received and after the quality check we will process your exchange order with in 7-8 working days.

In case of non availability of product, we issue credit note to be used within six months.

We do arrange reverse pickup. For Reverse Pickup ₹300/- per product is charge.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

Your request for exchange is placed within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

The item was not purchased on credit note.

Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to exchange your item, please follow these steps:

Provide your order details like name, order no and reason for exchange.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide further instructions.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.

If the item is approved for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you.

 

Exception

Please note that there are certain exceptions to our exchange policy:

We do not accept exchanges for items that have been exchanged previously.

You can exchanges it with any size of same product or You can exchange with any product from our website.

If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a credit note for the same value.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and send us unpacking video. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or appropriate solution.

 

Shipping

Once your order is dispatched, it will take approximately 7-8 working days for it to reach you. We strive to ensure timely delivery and provide tracking information for your convenience.
