Refunds: We do not have a refund or return policy. However, we will be happy to exchange the item in case of any damages or issues caused by us. We will also bear the shipping cost for such exchanges.

Exchange Policy: We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Brand House Of Shailja. Therefore, we have a 3-day exchange policy from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

To initiate an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video and images. This is mandatory as it helps us to identify the issue and provide the best possible solution. Please email the video and images to houseofshailja@gmail.com. If your exchange request is approved, you will have to bear the shipping cost to return the product to us.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages or if you receive the wrong item, we will assess the issue and take necessary steps to make it right.
